Privacy Policy
Eldo Local ("we", "us", "our") operates a community hub for Eldorado and the Highway 285 corridor where neighbors can post classifieds, events, garage and estate sales, things to do, and timebank offers. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
Information We Collect
When you submit a listing or post, we collect the details you provide — such as your name, email address, listing description, photos, and contact information you choose to share. We also collect basic technical information (such as browser type) needed to operate the site.
Your Submissions Are Public
Content you submit — including classified ads, event listings, garage sale posts, and timebank offers — is published on the site and visible to other visitors. Please do not include personal information in a public listing that you do not want others to see.
How We Use Information
We use the information you provide to display your listings, to contact you about your submissions when necessary, and to operate and maintain the site. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Content Removal
We may review and remove user-submitted content at our discretion — including listings that are inaccurate, misleading, unlawful, spam, or otherwise harmful to the community.
Your Responsibility
You are responsible for the listings and posts you submit and for any transactions or exchanges you arrange through the site, including timebank exchanges. We are not a party to any agreement between users.
